How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Are your guitars suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our guitars are specifically designed with a slim neck and three strings to make it easier and more encouraging for beginners to start playing real songs immediately.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Loog Guitars come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
